应土木学院王要武教授邀请，澳大利亚墨尔本皇家理工大学杨静博士于2017年6月19日至22日访问哈工大，并在管理学院420室做了一系列关于建筑业新技术和社会学方法在建筑业中的应用的报告。土木学院建设管理系的教师与研究生聆听了该系列讲座，讲座由系主任孙成双副教授主持。
    杨静（Rebecca Jing Yang）博士是澳大利亚墨尔本皇家理工大学物业、建筑与项目管理系的高级讲师。她在威尼斯欢乐娱人城官网3328取得学士与硕士学位，于2010年在香港理工大学取得博士学位。自毕业以来，杨静博士发表了50篇以上的学术出版物，被引超过230次，并主持了13项科研基金和科研项目，其中包括中国国家自然科学基金和两项顶级的香港研究委员会的研究基金。她的主要研究方向为建筑领域的利益相关者合作，绿色建筑开发，施工技术吸收和社会网络可视化。
6月20日下午14:30，杨静博士在管楼420向威尼斯欢乐娱人城官网3328建设管理系的部分师生介绍了她自己关于光伏技术在建筑中的应用的研究。6月21日上午8:30，杨静博士对于社会网络方法的演变和应用进行了介绍，并就社会学在建筑行业中的应用进行了介绍。6月21日下午14:00，杨静博士在管楼420介绍了当前建筑业中比较热门的新技术，并和在场的师生就去国外留学方面的事宜进行了交流。6月21日下午15:30，杨静博士就自己的一项关于建筑业中利益相关者的研究进行了介绍；在场的学生们提出了不少有关学术研究的问题，杨静博士详细地做出了回答，并希望在今后加强与我校在相关领域内的交流与合作。

Invited by Professor Yaowu Wang of our school, Dr Rebecca Jing Yang of School of Property, Construction and Project Management at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology paid a visit to our school from June 19th to June 22rd, 2017. Dr Yang made a series of reports in the room 420 of the academy building. The teachers and postgraduates of construction management department in our school attended the lecture, which was presided over by the department head, Associate Professor Chengshuang Sun.
  Dr Yang is a senior lecturer of school of property, construction and project management at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Dr Yang got her Bachelor and Master degree at HIT. She got her Ph.D. degree at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2010.Since obtaining her academic qualifications, Dr Yang has published over 50 academic publication, with over 230 citations. She also led 13 research grants and contracts, including two highly competitive research grants from peak Research council in Hong Kong and National Natural Science Foundation of China. Her research mainly focuses on stakeholders in construction industry, development of sustainable buildings, application of advanced construction technology and visualization of Social Network.
  On June 19th, Dr Yang arrived at our school. At 14:30 in the afternoon of June 20th, Dr Yang showed the students and teachers of construction management in our school her research about the application of Photovoltaics in building construction in the room 420 of the academy building. At 8:30 in the morning of June 21st, Dr Yang showed the students the evolution and application of Social Network theory and talked about the application of social methodology in the construction industry. At 14:00 in the afternoon of the same day, Dr Yang showed the new technology applied in the construction industry and had a conversation about studying abroad with the students. At 15:30 in the afternoon of the same day, Dr Yang showed her research about stakeholders in the construction industry. The students asked many questions and got detailed answers from Dr Yang. Dr Yang also looked forward to more communication and cooperation with the HIT.
